On todays episode we sit down with the incredibly intelligent Laurie Singer. Laurie is the author of "You're Not Crazy, Living with Anxiety, Obsessions, and Fetishes". Laurie is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, board-certified in Applied Behavior Analysis and holds a Master of Science degree. We discuss her back story of growing up with a mother battling addiction, losing her son to cancer at a very young age, and her own battles with panic attacks. Laurie took these obstacles and turned them around on themselves to develop her own therapeutic method, combining cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy.
