We don't have many regrets in our lives, except for one. We wish we started this journey a long time ago. So when we had the chance to sit down with Nate who is a 22 year old, wise beyond his years, we couldn't pass it up. Nate graduated from Marist University where he was a D-1 athlete starring as the libero on the Men’s Volleyball team. Nate trained for his first amateur bodybuilding show where he placed third overall in the men’s open show. This is where Nate transformed his mindset and saw that with discipline and the right support system, he can accomplish anything.
