We are so excited to talk about todays topic! It is something that we have become big believers and practitioners in, meditation. Meditation has a certain perception due to the fact that it is extremely misunderstood. There is a feeling that a level of mastery has to be developed in order to have it be part of your routine. In reality, it is the exact opposite. We talk about our methods, the benefits to meditation, and how we feel it is perceived by the general public.
