We often misunderstand what our food is to us. We reach for the tastiest treats with the most underlying consequences. We view it as an in the moment decision rather than understanding that there are consequences to those decisions. We need to understand the importance that food has on us. On our moods, our well being, how we think, how we age, and so on. Food is fuel. It provides us everything we need to function at a high frequency. But are we choosing the right fuel and thus operating at our highest frequency.
