We have found that the act of “play” is something that we let escape us as adults. Whether we feel that the opportunities are fleeting as we get older, our bodies don’t feel up for it, or we feel it is too immature, we let it go from our lives. Ask yourself why. Think of all the times when you do play as an adult, and how you feel afterwards. Maybe times like at a family BBQ and you are playing volleyball. How much fun are you having?! The funny thing is, we can have that regularly again, even as an adult. The best part is, it’ll help your overall health and you won’t even notice it.
