Combating overwhelm is a tall task. We tend to be paralyzed by what could happen next to us that we are afraid to act. When in reality, the steps that we should take are very manageable and often require minimal "effort." We have to be able to understand when we need to step back and take the time to give ourselves the proper maintenance to aid us getting our mindsets back on track.
