On today's episode, we sit down with former Division 1 Offensive Lineman for the University of Maryland, Jack Griffin. We talk with Jack about his experience as a Division 1 athlete and the challenges that came the CFB to the NFL tryouts. From being an "athlete student" to playing against the likes of Colin Kaepernick, Russell Wilson, Matt Ryan, Chris Long, amongst others. But Jack is much more than an athlete, he is also a gifted musician and artist and uses these skills to keep his mind in a balanced, productive state.
