How many times do our potential customers really need to hear from us, to ensure we have built the trust factor needed to expect a sale? They probably need to hear from us - and have many more touch-points, than we actually think they do, before we can reasonably expect them to make a purchase. But once they do... you'll find they return again and again far more easily. In this episode I share some of my statistics in Shopify that you can find too - I hope you find it an encouragement to keep doing what you are doing, we are in a marathon, not a sprint!
