Welcome back to the Extra Mile Running Podcast!. This is a continuation of a series I started earlier this year where we run a mile (or maybe more eventually) together. The goal of this is to make you get up and get your day started whether you want to go for a run, or want motivation to get out of bed. I hope this series eventually turns to a somewhat daily thing as more people tune in. I would like to add guests soon so we can learn about others while doing something we love. (WHICH IS RUNNING BTW)
