Hi folks,
I decided to go back and do a little editing to this recording because I was so disappointed when Instagram rendered the original file and there was a delay where it sounded like I was talking over Sally for a lot of the chat. (that was not the case during the live itself). So I have edited some parts where that happened as well as made the video in landscape format and adjusted the audio a little. Hopefully this is a little better.

Sally is an expert in the art and science of healthy eating and healthy living. Throughout her long career as a health and nutrition educator, Sally has entertained and educated diverse audiences, including medical professionals, dietitians, social workers, among others. Sally’s background includes health research design and administration at two University Medical Schools, and health professions education at the Program on Integrative Medicine at the University of North Carolina. Her interest and expertise in dietary oxalates originated from personal experience in healing pain and fatigue for herself and many clients. She received her degree in Nutrition from Cornell University and her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
I was truly honored to host Sally and discuss all things oxalate related, including her book “Toxic Superfoods”
