This week's episode is like a flow on from last weeks, last week I talked about what I physically do to get out of bed cos i didn't want to get into my mindset but as I slowly start to feel better and more myself i've managed to get into the thought work. I share with you a journal entry that made me realise why I was feeling the way that I was feeling. Reminder to have more self compassion in these moments, remember who tf you are and all your past accomplishments, surround yourself with supportive people, focus on yourself and try not to compare yourself to others, journal/meditate and unpack and question those thoughts with the 4 q's by Byron Katie, I end with a loving pep talk hehe.
