Nearly all the ladies i've spoken to that don't love what they see in the mirror tell me that weight loss is the answer.
"Once I lose the weight then i'll be happy, i'll be confident, i'll love what I see in the mirror"
And i'm here to tell you that's not true!
I'm speaking from lived experience too and here's the reasons why...
1. You'll look in the mirror and still be unhappy
2. We've got it twisted - weight loss isn't a requirement for self love and acceptance
3. You'll put the weight back on and have the same problem and continue the yoyo weight loss and dieting so many of us experience.
