All of us have a good understanding about what we want to get out of our business, depending on goals and ambitions. This can mean that we could focus primarily on monetary gains, fulfilling personal satisfactions or searching for validation. Every aim is of course personal, and each of us have our own set of standards for measuring the results. Yet some measurements are universal, that we can understand if we are on the right track with the numbers and level of satisfaction.
But today we are going over those moments when the results are not there and we tend to get discouraged by it.
