Description

Self doubt can be disguised in many, many forms. One usual one is preparing for a “no” in advance of anything happening, a negotiation, a business proposal, a new client deal, etc. That is our emotional system preparing us for the possibility of a rejection.

When we prepare ourselves for a failure, we diminish ourselves, our self worth. But even like this, we can use our own feedback to guide us on he next steps. As soon as we validate them, we start hearing the message they are trying to teach us.
