Marilyne Whitty is a Career Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience in human resources and coaching. Her journey began with her own wellness transformation, where she overcame significant challenges, including losing over 90 pounds, managing chronic migraines, and resolving digestive issues. Through this experience, she discovered the power of movement and motivation in creating lasting change. Now, she is passionate about helping busy leaders and professionals incorporate wellness into their lives in a way that feels manageable and meaningful. Marilyne combines her HR expertise with a focus on fitness and wellness, guiding others to find harmony in their careers and personal well-being.
