About Justin Janoska:

Justin is on a mission to revolutionise the way we approach healing from autoimmune disease. After watching his mother live with Hashimoto’s for over two decades, he knew there had to be a better way.

He founded The Autoimmune Revolution, dedicated to helping women not only reduce symptoms but reconnect with their purpose, feel good in their bodies again, and step into the life they truly want to live.

Justin holds a Master’s in Human Nutrition, has studied mind-body medicine extensively, and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Health Sciences with a concentration in Trauma Counselling. He is the author of three books, including The Post-Dieting Comeback and The Autoimmune Breakthrough Journal, and hosts The Autoimmune Revolution Podcast.
