For so many working women life is full and they think it’s just the way it has to be. The way you feel you put down to normal tiredness and busyness; things that everyone has to put up with - right?
For our guest today she wasn’t someone who felt stress but she knew her life was super busy and demanding. As a deputy-headteacher in a primary school she carried a lot of responsibility, but she was doing a job she loved and had ambition to move up into a head role. So she kept going.
Lindsey Fekete missed the signs that the way she felt wasn’t simply because she worked in a demanding environment and carried responsibility in and out of the workplace. Lindsey joins us today to share her story of hitting burnout and what she’s learned about managing her health after overhauling her entire career and lifestyle to now feel she has a more balanced life.

About Lindsey:
Having spent the last 23 years teaching in primary schools - and half of that in senior leadership roles - Lindsey now runs a successful online maths tuition business.
