Today we’re exploring cyclical living and the importance of menstrual health in women and people with vulvas with guest Nour Kayali who is a holistic yoga teacher and menstrual cycle coach in training. Nour is passionate about helping everyone to understand that for anyone with a vulva, regardless of whether they have a menstrual bleed or not, there are hormonal changes happening in a cycle that will affect how you feel and therefore how you live your life.
