After suffering through autoimmune conditions, digestive issues and hormone imbalances, Jessica went on to regain her health and vitality and become a sought after health coach for other midlife women. Her background in overcoming chronic health conditions has helped her hone her intuitive and investigative skills to help women regain their health and vitality.
Jessica is a big believer that when you take away the things that keep your body stuck (like toxins, pathogens and chronic stress) and fill on the things your body craves (like nutrients, love and safety) your body will flow back into balance naturally.
Jessica currently lives in Sevenoaks, UK with her husband and 7 year old daughter but coaches people around the globe.
