Redeem Your time (vv. 15-16)
Psa. 90:12, So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Paul told his readers from the Roman church, you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. “Wake up! Get busy!”
Gal. 6:10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
139:16 And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.
Pro. 27:1, Do not boast about tomorrow, For you do not know what day may bring forth.
Jonathan Edwards 70 resolutions (Jan. 1723):
Resolved, never to lose one moment of time, but to improve it in the most profitable way I possibly can.

So, we have to be on the lookout. If you look around what’s happening in our world, the morally relativistic and wicked culture we have before our eyes, the way society is going, its not hard to see these times are evil.
Be Filled with the Spirit (vv. 17-18)
4 Signs That Precede Revivals (= an extraordinary presence and moving of the Holy Spirit among God’s people):
1) Terrible seasons of moral and spiritual decline
2) Some form of God's righteous judgment
3) God raising immensely burdened leaders (we must get in God's face to argue for revival - PRAYER
4) By extraordinary action
