Misperception and misdirection don’t hinder God from accomplishing his purposes
Stephen, standing before men who were bent on silencing him by whatever means necessary, boldly spoke the truth. He was not concerned about the outcome but only that he do what God called him to do.

Our best efforts and worst failings WILL be used by God for His glory and our ultimate good.

Act 7:22 (ESV) And Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and he was mighty in his words and deeds.
He had some fiber… He had some strengths but they weren’t focused or aligned with God’s purpose - yet.

Act 7:28 (ESV) Do you want to kill me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?’
Act 7:29 (ESV) At this retort Moses fled and became an exile in the land of Midian, where he became the father of two sons.

============================
Acknowledge God’s hand at work, look for it, yield to it.
You may not recognize God at work, you may not see how He is going to use what He is taking you through, but KNOW He will pull all the threads together to make the final story the one that HE is telling.
When things happen in your life - good or bad – you can say with confidence “This was part of the Master Weaver’s Plan!”
