Description

In this one, we dive deep into Getting Financially Fit against all odds with author, teacher, business owner & financial mentor to middle income earners, Petika Tave, and I discuss and offer practical advice to parents with school agers working from home.

P. M. Tave is a lifelong learner of all things related to personal finance. After completing three internships in an investment firm and learning about mutual funds and the power of compound interest, P. M. Tave began her journey to become financially fit.

Vowing to learn everything she could about the topic, Tave went on to pursue a graduate degree in business management while maintaining a healthy thirst for knowledge. Having secured a full-scholarship to attend Florida A&M University, Tave avoided the pitfalls of student loan debt while learning to build good credit and the power of saving.

Nevertheless, a series of financial setbacks put her in a dark place, but she bounced back and wants to share what she learned.

Now, living a life focused on financial balance and living within one's means, Tave has become a role model for single parents, middle-income earners, and countless others on what changes need to be made in order to live a financially free life.

I can’t wait to hear what you think about Petika’s experiment!

Let's dive in!
