Nathan Friend-of-The-Pod is back helping Sofie out this week while Mike is still in Texas and Gabbi gets a much needed break. This week Sofie's Choice is a mystery coming from the islands of Indonesia again. Deemed as one of the most haunted locations in the world by many, Sofie tells Nathan about the history of a gorgeous building called the Lawang Sewu and what events might have led up to it actually be occupied by other-worldly things. One of which might be a creature known as a Kuntilanak for those of Indonesian cultures, or a Pontianak for those with Malay cultural backgrounds. A Kuntilanak or a Pontianak is a vampiric demon-like creature that was once a woman that either died a violent death while still with child or having given birth to a still born, coming back to seek revenge against those who caused her demise.
