My sperm donor throughout my life has said "You'll Always Be Number Two and I'll Always Be Number One" in ways that would hurt me. I was doing a mirror exercise when I was trying to break free from the years of trauma this man caused me and for him to say that, I understand what he meant and I don't understand why he dislikes me. I haven't done a single thing to this man and I address it all here today.
