Paul Appears before Festus. Paul speaks to King Agrippa II. Paul appeals to Caesar. Paul also "insists" that Jesus is not dead - he is believed to be dead by those who are not believers - but, in actual real time, alive. This is a contrast with some other religions whose adherents follow rules and/or leaders which are currently dead.
