Happy Tuesday! Does being a young boss seem unattainable? In Today’s episode I sat down with Ruby, a recent graduate, entrepreneur and motivational speaker who is going hard and not going home. She is the CEO of The Lavish Life Brand, where she sells academic planners and premium hair weave. Ruby is dedicated to her brand and has no issue sharing her journey on YouTube with her 60K+ subscribers. 

Here’s a few take aways from this episode: 

1. Solve a problem. When Ruby realized her subscribers were interested in learning more about how she was staying organized and managing college as an athlete and bio pre-medicine major, she began vlogging and eventually created her own planner @TheLavishLifeBrand.  
2. Stay in touch with your audience. Don’t ever become too big that you can’t simple tell your supporters thank you. 
3. Build a team. You're amazing, but so are other people. Build a great team, especially in the areas that you lack so that you're able to be the magic you are.   
4. Always see the big picture. If you always see your business or ideas as small, they'll always be just that.
