Go back with me as I share some memories and goals from 2018. Sometimes we hold ourselves accountable for not completing the goals we have set to achieve. That is me. The pressure is definitely on and I plan on breaking that bad habit cycle starting in 2019. Oh yea, and I'm going to work on completing these goals and "STAY SANE" at the same time.
