Description

Joe Stanziola has been releasing music as Second Hand King since 2011. The self-proclaimed "original doo wop rapper" just released his sixth full-length album, titled "Frankie," in June and has been performing a string of full-band shows under the name Second Hand King & The Lovers. On this episode we talked about the new album's themes of heartbreak and connection, playing Boulevardia, Joe's tendency to think a little too much about things, and his own podcast, Second Hand City, which is co-hosted by fellow Kansas City rapper Domineko.
