This week hosts Bonnie Blackstone and Remi Gibbs talk with guest Sandra Vitallo about meditation and yoga.  Sandra owns Whole Life Wellness Center in Harlingen, Texas.  She has lived a life of curiosity that led her to the healing arts.  She describes meditation as an opportunity to be still, breathe, relax, listen, and be present. She says to start with 5 minutes and practice daily.  Yoga builds strength, balance, and flexibility, and strengthens your spirituality.  You will feel healthier quickly with regular practice.  Start with Hatha Yoga to learn the basic poses and do it at least three times a week.
