So I was walking down the street and I noticed a place called "Gelato Vero" which to me sounds like “real gelato” right? So I thought I would walk in and ask them a few questions. — Hi, umm do you work here? — Yes I do — And could you tell me what flavors we have of gelato here? — Umm right now we have strawberry, cookies and cream, pistachio dark chocolate, espresso, vanilla, mocha almond crunch and gianduia, which is our chocolate hazelnut, spumoni and umm banana. — And what makes this gelato different than normal ice cream? — Ummm it’s prepared differently. it's it's made with little to no air, so it's more dense. — And who makes the gelato? —His name is Michael and he's been making it since 1984 since we opened. — Since 1984 in this location? — yes in this very location — and, but he's not here. — Not right now. he usually works at night actually. — So tell me, since he's not here, is the gelato really good? — It's very good actually. most people say it's the most authentic thing they've tasted here in the United States — Wow! So that means I should taste some, right? — You should definitely taste some! — Well then I guess I'm gonna end the podcast right here so that I can just taste some gelato. Thanks for listening!
