It's human nature and it comes in many forms. We can judge positively or negatively. We can be on the receiving end, or we can be the one passing judgement. Talking about it and seeing the many forms in which we are faced with judgement or feel the need to judge, is an excellent way to bring awareness.

Kristina (aka Special K), author and motivational speaker. Formerly a corporate HR leader for large multi-million-dollar companies. Bret, a photographer and graphic designer with a degree in media studies and psychology who began his own business in graphic design/photography and videography in 2007.

Kristina, the author of the book, “The Authentic You” knows her hands on experience has much to offer people and she wants to share what she knows. As our host Bret describes in episode 1, the podcast is a way for him to sharpen his creative pencil.
