When you finally kick of your podcast about stories of women in business, where they have been and where they are now; you know that as a leader, you must also share your own!
I don't shy away from my story. It has really shaped me to be the woman I am today, but honestly, actually doing a solo episode on it was a challenge! BUT I know it will touch someone's life, and if it inspires, empowers, challenges or encourages just 1 person, then it is all worth it!
Going from NEVER wanting to own a business to entrepreneur, podcast host, coach and keynote speaker. Now I can't imagine life any other way! But like everyone; there is a path that gets us here. Experiences, challenges, mindset shifts and defining moments in our life!
