On the weekend I was invited to an awards night organised by La Previa Radio Show and am incredibly grateful to have been presented with an award in recognition of my work within the community.
It was an experience of witnessing a full circle.

Things take time
It's easy to see all the "successes" of everyone else, but we don't often see the battles and struggles behind.
In my case, I almost talked myself out of the opportunity, 2 years ago, that led me here.
It's a dot to dot process - we need to reach one dot to get to the next and shape the picture.
