I came back from a business retreat with my mastermind last week and it got me thinking!
Flying over the stunning ocean I wondered how the hell I had gotten to that exact moment... then the tears rolled... why? because I knew it came as a result of shifting! Shifting my beliefs and my mindset. Challenging the thoughts that limited me. Redefining me.
Let me tell you, it's been a road!!! One I will walk forever, because we never stop growing if we are open to it!
These were a few of the most significant shifts I needed, in order to be sitting on that plane, in that moment, flying over the lush Whitsundays, dreaming out the window!
