Tina Brodie is a Research Fellow in the Aboriginal Health Equity theme at SAHMRI and she's on the cusp of completing her PhD.
Tina's an Aboriginal woman with connections to the Yawarrawarrka / Yandruwandha, whose traditional lands lie within the Cooper Basin. Her research focuses on enhancing the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Tina grew up around racism and prejudice and is driven by the desire to create a better world for her two children and the Indigenous population of Australia.
