MC, DJ, producer and legendary figure within the Brisbane hip hop community, Rainman joined us to breakdown some of his highlights from a career spent in the trenches of the local scene.
From helming one of Brisbane’s most celebrated open mic, hip hop nights in the early 2000’s to releasing albums, moving around the city and the crews and influences that would shape his social conscious and music.
We talk Dropzone, Decipher, DNO, LG, Born Fresh, The Coalition and Optimen, Ice Cube and Cypress Hill at Festival Hall, spinning records, making music and tapping beats amongst so much else.
