Thank you for clicking this podcast episode! Today I talk about how I started my morning since this is the first time in a LONG TIME that I woke up at 5:30am. I hope this perspective gives you an insight on how its been feeling for me to have a "routine in the morning" Or at be able to wake up earlier & have a bunch more free time. I am always one to wake up late & I have been sick of living like that. Its a very annoying lifestyle to live so now that I have been waking up at 8 or 9 I've been feeling the improvements. So today me waking up at 5:30 made me feel energized & confident so I hope you can make the choice & try it! Thank you & enjoy.
