He has been a State Champion, 3x Runner-Up, Collegiate Coach, Large HS Coach, Small HS Coach, Classroom Teacher....Frank Howell has done it all! He will be taking over Central Decatur's program this fall and has a little downtime and he joins us tonight to breakdown his view of leadership and how it applies to so many facets of life.
