Description

Despite the way things may look now, Daniel Steere wasn't always an alpha. In fact, Daniel's upbringing often communicated the message that being "nice" was the highest virtue, which stifled any of his alpha tendencies. It wasn't until Daniel reached college that he learned to embrace his alpha personality -- but not before going through some embarrassing phases in high school!

Learn how Daniel swung from the extremes of "nice non-alpha" to "knucklehead alpha" -- and how he eventually realized that neither extreme is healthy. In today's episode, Daniel answers questions such as, "Are alphas supposed to be nice?" and "Can you have a 'pack' of great people without them being alphas?"

We hope Daniel's story inspires you to realize what a healthy alpha looks like, without swinging to unhealthy extremes.
