Todays case is extremely frustrating and even more heartbreaking. Jaliek Rainwalker had a tough life from birth, bouncing between multiple foster homes before unfortunately ending up in the hands of Stephen Kerr and Jocelyn McDonald who were supposed to care for this young boy.
