Sarah Larsen Shiozawa is a Leadership Coach! She is also a Good Mom to 4 year old twins and a 6 year old so she is in the thick of it with us and gives the working mom perspective plus she does a lot of work with Military Moms! She has a Masters in Public Administration and tells us a little bit about her work in Washington DC back in her single days. I love how she describes "interpersonal dynamics" whereas I tend to call that "drama" in my house. I think I'll do that thought switch to see the kids fighting as interpersonal dynamics and my role as preparing them for having these dynamics outside of the home already and forever throughout their lives. Drama is just part of life and doesn't have to be such a negative thing. Seeing it as such usually just exasperates the conflict.
