Our food relationship is complexed, it’s never as easy as eat less and exercise, so dieting alone is never going to really fix what’s at the root.

I’ve struggled with my weight and disordered eating since being a kid and one of the hardest challenges I’ve had over the years is breaking those ties to dieting and diet culture.

It’s hard to let go of something we’ve been investing in for years RIGHT?

It’s hard to let go of something that’s familiar.

But diet culture is part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Proper long term healing instead of another quick fix.
