She also delivers wellbeing, mindset, and resilience training, with a particular interest in women navigating peri-menopause and menopause. Her work extends globally, having consulted with the United Nations on prison reform for men of Afro descent and collaborated with the HRH Duchy of Cornwall estate, offering menopause awareness days.Nicola is deeply committed to raising mental health awareness within her local community.
She hosts bi-weekly online Coffee and Chats, in collaboration with MiB International to encourage open discussions about mental health, reduce stigma, and offer support.
