It's Men's Mental Health Awareness Month this month, so ahead of my guest, I'm talking about mental health in my family.
When I met Dr G he was always the calm one against my stress!
we're a lot more balanced now, and I've learnt a lot along the way, and we're able to communicate more efficiently about mental health (both ways)
But Men's Mental Health is still very much stigmatised in society, so I'm contributing to the need to talk more (with Dr G's permission for his insights)
