Cat Long took a career break for 6 months to begin the build of Trace.com, a software platform that helps small and medium businesses measure, reduce and offset carbon emissions. Her and co-founder Jo Auburn however soon saw the business grow traction, and that their combination of experience - Cat having consulted large corporate organisations and Jo as a Product designer and expert - was a winning mix.
