Nikki Ciancio co-founded fashion label and store BLAEK with business partner in a bid to make ethical, sustainable clothing stylish. They now are central in the community of Manly, in the northern beaches of Sydney where they sell a number of other labels along with life essentials - and offer online and inshore recycling programs.

Shanya Suppasiritad is the founder of @Rntr. A software platform that integrates with premium fashion brands website allowing the rental and also repair of their clothes. Having worked as a personal stylist - and also a successful pastry chef - Shanya found the need for a change in the industry motivate to become an entrepreneur.

These two friends have fabulous stories that show you the many directions a business can take, and share their insights, advice and also warnings into being a female founder.
