The LBS got in touch and SRAM have agreed to replace the rear derailleur but haven’t got stock till 4th November. That’s a LONG wait. PedalHeaven will see if SRAM can offer an intermediate solution. I also posted my list of kit that worked and didn’t work so well on Ride Across Britain on my blog.
