It talks about what is life without kisses - kisses in the night time... oh my... I agree with those of us who are single why should we be judged because there is no ring on our finger? This song is a mantra asking you to enjoy life without judgment - especially of yourself.
However, if this song does not bring your joy do not play it. Also, if you do have a mate unless you are breaking up, do not play this - ESPECIALLY in the bedroom. I refer back to your man or woman really does not want to hear you singing about how alone and unafraid you are... I am just saying.
