Timothy was a young travel companion, coworker, and apprentice of Paul. More than that, Paul considered Timothy his "son in the faith." Timothy was a young man of character, integrity, courage, humility, and passion. He had the trust and respect of Christian communities throughout the Roman Empire. No matter our age, we can all learn from Timothy's example of devotion to Christ and the spread of the Gospel.
