Hebrews 12:11
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.”
Commitment : the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc
Consistency : conformity in the application of something, typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy, or fairness.
Making sure you understand the difference of both commitment and consistency is important. If you think that both commitment and consistency can be done separately in a business that is wrong. Without consistency you will not be able to be committed. Commitment is something that comes from you but you want to make sure that you are being committed consistently otherwise you are being committed for nothing.
